Fontijne Grotnes Rim edge conditioners are used to reduce or eliminate burrs around the inboard and outboard circumferential edges after the complete process of forming the rim. The operation of these Rim edge conditioners is both effective, efficient and improves the quality of the wheels.

 

The Fontijne Grotnes Rim edge conditioner is available in two sizes: one is suitable for passenger car and light truck size rims, and the other for standard truck size rims. The machine will accommodate both drop center and full-face type wheels and, depending on the configuration, it may also be used to edge condition assembled wheels of either type.
